FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Jordyn Poole has found her new college team.

The Dayton women’s basketball program announced the addition of Poole on Thursday. The Snider graduate had entered the transfer portal after her freshman season at Purdue.

Injuries kept Poole off the court for most of her freshman campaign with the Boilermakers. She only saw action in eight games, making one start, averaging 2.8 points per contest.

Poole had a terrific high school career at Snider. She won back-to-back Tiffany Gooden Awards during her junior and senior campaigns. She averaged 16.9 points per game as a senior, finishing as the Indiana Miss Basketball runner-up.
