To achieve this, he believes that a fierce fight against insecurity is necessary. "We all agree that there is a problem within the Government. It must create more harmony between the three powers of the State [...] it must be simple, clear and easily applicable. It must be modern and correspond to our culture as a people and satisfy the aspirations of the majority of the population. It is only under these conditions that it will find its legitimacy in the eyes of the people [...]" assuring that he is not a candidate and will not be after the constitutional change, he recalled that this new mother law will be submitted to a popular referendum.
